Maintenance Request

The best method to place your maintenance request is online through Cozy.com.  You may also submit your maintenance request by clicking the below link or call your Property Manager.

If you are a resident and you have a maintenance emergency, call our After Hour Hotline: 6:00pm to 9:00am PST (Weekdays) and 24 Hours on Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

Apply for Housing

You have two (2) options to apply for housing:

1) Online; Your Housing Consultant will provide a link to your housing application to rent. This is our preferred method. Application fees and screening are collected from a third party vendor.

2)Request a Rental Application by email. This method requires a cashier's check or money order for application fees. 

Pay Your Rent Online

Pay Your Rent Online by using your Debit/ATM Card, Bank Account or Credit Card. It's easy and secure.

Your Property Manager will set up your online account upon approval of your rental application.
