Rental application information

Rental Requirements

Below is a guide to help you prepare for the rental process. Requirements are subject to change. Please consult with your Housing Consultant prior to filling out our rental application and paying the rental application fee.

  • To view rentals, you must provide a valid identification card.

  • You must be 18 years or older to apply for housing. All adults who will reside in the same unit must submit a rental application.

  • You must submit a completed rental application for all applicants over the age of 18 yrs. old.

  • You must pay the required application fee when submitting your rental application. We do not accept personal checks. (Renter's assistance is available depending on availability of funds).

  • Income requirements: You must make 2 times the rental amount (section 8 and other subsidized program applicants are excluded from this requirement). Project based and tax credit communities have income and household limits. Applicants must apply directly at the property rental office.

  • You must agree to a credit screening and background check according to State, City and local ordinances.
