Ways to Engage

At Strive Real Estate, we pride ourselves on our outstanding service and dedication to providing our residents with the best possible rental experience.

We support the "Housing First" model by providing wrap around supportive services. As a housing family member, you will receive supportive services provided by SWB Delivers Outreach Program at no cost to you. Read more.

First, if you are a resident or would like to apply for housing, below are a few easy steps to get started:

Maintenance Request

We want to keep your unit functioning properly because we care about you and our properties.

The best method to place your maintenance request is online through the "Resident Portal". You may also submit your maintenance request by email or calling your Property Manager.

If you are a resident and you have a maintenance emergency, call our After Hour Hotline: 6:00pm to 9:00am PST (Weekdays) and 24 Hours on Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
