This renovation and ADU project consist of 6 units located in the Downtown area of Oakland, a thriving community that offers a trendy vibe and neighborly love. This project is dedicated to seasoned adults, veterans and disable households.
The Agoura Hills community lies in the suburban areas of beautiful scenery, a growing City with lots of attraction and easy living. Apartments have stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washer/dryer, dishwashers, lovely floorplans, storage, available garages and ample parking.
In collaboration with SWB Delivers Outreach Program, we provide community cabin transitional housing for homeless and low-income households in Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara and San Francisco Counties.
