We are excited to introduce the Charles Blake Manor project. We started negotiations with Christian Church Homes (CCH) for this site in 2017 and recently closed in August 2023. This new development project is targeted to include 20 to 30 units, dedicated to active adults who are low-income and/or at risk of homelessness. The site is located in the Downtown area of Oakland, a thriving community that offers a trendy vibe and neighborly love.
The Agoura Hills community lies in the suburban areas of beautiful scenery, a growing City with lots of attraction and easy living. Apartments have stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washer/dryer, dishwashers, lovely floorplans, storage, available garages and ample parking.
This 35-unit community will serve active older adults, homeless, at-risk of homelessness and low-income families. This supportive services housing model offers a healthy living environment for our aging population. In collaboration with SWB Delivers Outreach Program, we provide workforce housing for homeless and low-income households in located San Francisco. Two (2) beautiful, renovated buildings, 55 SRO's contributed to end homelessness and provide housing for up to 2 years.
