Strive Real Estate LLC (SRE) is a privately owned for-profit limited liability company whos’ investment and development goals include acquisition of multifamily apartments, repositioning and administration restructuring that will serve homeless, at-risk of homelessness and low-income households.

Our mission is to acquire, preserve and invest in real estate projects that contribute to the goals of affordable housing advocacy and community redevelopment. It is our goal to provide a better quality of living to our residents and communities we serve.

Our housing model is aimed to address the preservation of housing for residents earning no more than 80% of the area median income (AMI), with a large concentration of households earning less than 60% of the AMI.

OUR INVESTMENT STRATEGY

We own, develop/rehab and manage our properties. Our typical acquisition structure includes acquiring properties of 4 to 60 units located in our selected markets. Transactions include forming partnerships with other real estate investment firms, non-profits and leverage bank financing options. We are also involved in syndication projects under the leadership of experienced syndication companies registered with the SEC.
